Job Description

Southern Trust Home Services, Inc of Roanoke, VA is seeking to hire a full-time Outbound Customer Service Representative / Sales Representative to convert outbound phone calls into booked service/maintenance calls. Job Description:

  • Making outbound calls
  • Taking Inbound calls
  • Processing payments
  • Submitting finance applications
  • Finalize sales on unsold jobs
  • Educating clients on services and products


  • Comfortable with selling over the phone
  • Ability to utilize phone, cell phone, text, email, and internet at a high level of expertise
  • Flexible availability including a 2nd shift with nights and weekends
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
