We are seeking both Entry Level and Experienced Customer Service /​ Retail Sales Representatives for our Endicott location.​ Our firm is Looking for Full Time Representatives to join our expanding team immediately!

A day in the life of our Customer Service /​ Retail Sales Representatives​ position:

Our Customer Service /​ Retail Sales Representatives work in an environment that is centered on being a part of a team and being included in a family atmosphere. We bring together diverse individuals who have an array of expertise, skills, and potential which helps us to create progressive promotional events for our clients.

We are Looking For Key Individuals To Provide Customer Service and Promotional Knowledge To Our Client Base on our ongoing expansion. Initially, Customer Service /​ Retail Sales Representatives' role will be to join our sales, marketing, and development team. Once individuals have mastered customer acquisition you will begin to develop your skill-set as a leader and coach. As you advance within the company you will continue learning new phases of business management, marketing, sales, communications, and customer acquisition/retention. We are looking to train someone from the entry-level into a managing partner.

Customer Service /​ Retail Sales Representative​ Job Duties:

  • Services accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on potential customers.
  • Uses systematic content of sales presentations to each customer.
  • Focuses efforts by studying existing and potential volume of experienced consultants.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Responsible for basic sales of our clients' products and services.
