What we are looking for:
This position completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.

What we are looking for:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
This position completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Open, review, distribute, input and scan invoices daily
- Resolve PO/Invoice issues with Vendors and Communities
- Assure no duplicate postings
- Accuracy in reviewing account coding
- Separate and disburse weekly check run
- Assist the Operation Department in setting up new contracts for monthly payments
- Serve as a liaison between Managers, Vendors and Corporate Team Members
- Research and resolve problem accounts
- Contribute to team/company engagement efforts
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager and/or Supervisor
JOB KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Strong data entry skills with speed and accuracy
- Detail oriented with the ability to make timely decision with minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure

What's required from you:
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Two (2) years data entry experience
