HR BI Business Analyst
This position is responsible for maintaining, auditing, and improving data coming into and out of data warehouse systems. Works with various business partners within HR to support modeling and analytical requests. Serves as subject matter expert while acting as a liaison between the data consumer and the data. Provides insightful analytics to help leadership make decisions in the best interest of the company. Develops, enhances, and maintains various business intelligence solutions to automate the inputs and calculations for a variety of business processes. Partners with various stakeholders to ensure process solutions are achieving expectations.

Data integration and Reporting Architecture
Owns data governance and documents all processes and procedures relating to data within system. Ensures data integrity through regular validation and testing. Aggregates data into system from multiple sources using various coding languages. Controls data infrastructure and ensures logical flow of data in and out of the system. Takes into account individual departmental needs with regards to timely loading, accuracy, relevance, and security of data. Supports various departments by acting as subject matter expert and providing solutions for escalating problems that arise.
Business Partner Support
Works closely with various business stakeholders to develop detailed business requirements by asking probing questions and gathering insight into the end use of the data. Conducts gap analysis and translates requirements into data-driven applications and data visualization solutions including HR reporting and dashboards. Guides stakeholders through analytical data processing when needed. Ensures stakeholders receive and understand what they need from a data perspective after project is completed. Supports further data requests brought up from the provided data outputs.
Business Process Development
Develops and enhances business processes within business intelligence systems moving towards automated solutions. Reduces manual inputs, calculations, and time spent by system users and business partners. Creates easy to digest system generated output feed files and reports for users and business partners. Regularly evaluates processes for improvement after implementation and support business partners as they learn and use them.
Provides in depth support for all programs and initiatives by using data transformation, analysis and visualization tools. Mines data in search of critical business insights and draws actionable conclusions. Communicates findings to leadership in easy to understand formats and reports. Continually strives to improve output quality by implementing new data analysis methodologies and analyzing data quality regularly. Analyzes large data-sets across all areas of HR including those of a sensitive nature.
