Southeast Mountain Guides (located in the Red River Gorge, Kentucky) is looking to hire several all-star additions to our team. We are seeking to fill non-guiding positions in both the leadership and entry-levels. Climbing guide positions may be available for the right certified candidates. Preferred candidates for all positions must have moderate to extensive rock climbing experience and a strong passion for working with people. Employment Information:

Two positions currently available:

  • Assistant Manager
  • Via Ferrata Climbing Instructor (Entry-Level Position)

All open positions are LOCATED IN CAMPTON KY. Depending on the position, it may be FULL-TIME (30-55 hours per week over 4-6 days per week including weekends) or PART-TIME (anywhere from 8-55 hours per week over 1-6 days per week including weekends) and seasonal (mid-February through December 1st). Although the position is seasonal, we are looking to fill long-term employment (not solely one season).
