Southeast Healthcare, a Behavioral Health and Federally Qualified Health Center organization operating in eight Ohio counties, is seeking a Chief Clinical Services Officer. Candidates will possess knowledge and experience in mental health and substance use disorders, primary healthcare services and will have experience and/or knowledge of integration of healthcare services. Candidates will have a strong background in administration, leadership, management, interdisciplinary work and project development as well evidenced-based practices and clinical/administrative supervision. A history of building strategic relationships within organizations and communities is required. Candidates will have experience working with or in Managed Healthcare Organizations and will understand payer models. Experience working as part of executive leadership is a plus. Excellent written and oral communication’s skills is required. Candidates will possess an independent license in behavioral health, nursing, or other areas of medicine. The CCSO is located in the Columbus office.
