1. Senior Accountant

Global company, located in Boca Raton, FL, is looking to hire a technical and analytical Senior Accountant. The company is growing by 25% year after year and continuing to expand into new markets. As the Senior Accountant, you will perform true corporate accounting functions as well as some treasury duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of internal financial reports, including monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Assist with the financial statements including the balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows and related footnotes
  • Prepare and maintain supporting documentation related to financial statement disclosures
  • Document the Company’s position on technical matters, including new guidance
  • Assist with month-end close treasury process; liaising with Treasury Operations and Accounting teams
  • Conduct necessary research and analysis to support treasury projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master’s degree and CPA is preferred
  • 3+ years of technical accounting experience working at a very large company or audit experience from a National CPA firm
  • Strong Excel skills

2. Staff Accountant

Global Company in Miami, FL is looking to hire a Staff Accountant. Company offers excellent benefits and a fantastic work environment.

Company Benefits:

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the preparation of the monthly financial management reports
  • Prepare journal entries necessary for closing the books on a monthly basis
  • Input and code vendor invoices and expense reports into the accounting system
  • Reconcile accounts payable system to the general ledger
  • Maintain monthly accruals for unrecorded payables
  • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assists in ensuring accurate and appropriate recording of accounts and balances including the reconciliation of all general ledger accounts on a monthly basis
  • Work with foreign currency and exchange rates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2 – 5 years of corporate accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Advanced MS Excel, Word and Outlook experience
