Oversees and manages all aspects of the administration of new and existing contracts with customers. Provides guidance to Sales and Client Account teams to aid in the negotiation of contracts to ensure invoicing terms are accurate, manageable, and align with company finance policies.
Reviews and assesses customer contractual documents for new services which often require non-routine contract management.
Reviews and assesses vendor/supplier contract documents.
Establishes framework for administering non-standard contracts to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, company policies and customer expectations.
Understands and assesses implications of proper revenue recognition and other issues related to the management of assigned contracts.
Supports the preparation of customer invoices within tight monthly deadlines, and maintains associated back-up documentation, in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.
Works closely with finance, legal, and other contracts staff to provide optimum contract administration.
Proactively identifies and resolves internal coordination issues to meet customer requirements within operational and legal parameters.
Independently analyzes unusual contractual requirements and applies knowledge of company policies and procedures to formulate feasible strategies for efficient consulting contract management.
Provides guidance to other Contracts staff and assists with departmental systems testing, special projects, and/or development of departmental procedures to increase productivity and/or efficiency.
Performs other duties, as assigned.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or related field.
Requires a minimum of 5 years related contract administration experience, preferably involving computer software or consulting services, including direct customer contact responsibilities. Prefer prior experience with Salesforce.com
Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills

Strong skills with using MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
