Job Overview: Serves as a member of the Customer Care team to provide outreach, platform support and mail fulfillment services for job distribution nationally at Veterans and Vocational Rehabilitation Centers, colleges/universities, and community-based organizations.

The incumbent will make routine calls to career centers to request information, and update data into a web interface and provide regular status updates. Job Requirements: The employee is required to use collaborative software and video conferencing to stay in touch with co-workers. Work is generally done sitting, talking, hearing, and typing.

Ability to use a keyboard, prepare data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations. o This is a full-time position.

Standard days are Monday through Friday. o Excellent computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry in a web interface. o Excellent written, communication, and customer service skills.

o Participate in regular staff meetings. o Must be energetic and work well in an independent and collaborative environment. o Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

o Very detail oriented with strong organizational skills. o Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED.

Possess 3 years’ experience in customer service or related field. Preferred Qualifications: College degree; Bilingual a plus. Familiarity with online job application and hiring process.
