Business Systems Analyst - Credit Card Industry

Title: Technical BSA (API Integrations for credit card processing )
Location: 100% Remote
Type: 6+ Month Contract

Skills/Experience Required: Waterfall Experience is required in credit card processing
- Seeking a Technical Business System Analyst well versed with API Documentation in a Waterfall
- Candidate is required to have experience working with APIs/service design.
- Strong experience with tools such as Swagger, Postman, SOAP UI etc..
Experience with JIRA (user stories), SOAP UI (or Postman) preferred
- Translate the business requirements into technical /functional specifications.
- Must have prior experience working with APIs/services, designing an API logic/mapping
- Must have experience working directly with Developers to define functional requirements.
- Waterfall experience is Requited
- Provide functional design (created a functional design document) and systems analysis.
- Work with product teams, I.T. teams and others as needed to clarify requirement and to provide functional specification.
- Data Analysis, GAP Analysis, Impact Analysis, and Systems analysis.
- Ability to analyze current functional and technical specification, ability to analyze data mapping and data specification.
- Data mapping and data descriptions
- Understand and validate service/API logic (input, output parameters, identify scenarios.
- Provide use cases for the service/API behavior
- Working closely with a product owner, development team and testing team to ensure quality service/API design
