ROLE PROFILE

SOURCE Global is is seeking an Information Technology leader with an emphasis on data security to join our high-growth team. This role is based in Scottsdale & Tempe, AZ and will report to the Chief Corporate Development Officer. At a glance, this position is responsible for auditing, organizing, and managing IT systems for the company and will be responsible for data security strategy recommendation and implementation within a fast-growing, mission-driven business that is committed to solving the global water crisis. 
 

In this role, you will:

• Analyzes complex business needs and assesses active IT systems to recommend appropriate use of information systems
• Drives policies for data security, backups, and disaster recovery and implements such policies
• Safeguards information system assets by identifying and solving potential and actual security problems
• Protects system by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources
• Recognizes problems by identifying abnormalities; reporting violations
• Manages external vendors/subcontractors as needed 
• Maintains and optimizes performance of a typical office network
• Manages cloud-based services including e-mail, file storage, etc.
• Manages all software licensing and asset tracking

 REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent education or experience
• Minimum of four (4) years of Information Technology experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of Data Security experience 
• Strong understanding of:
  1. Network engineering and device management
  2. Cyber security and best defense practices
  3. Google G-Suite administration
  4. Microsoft Active Directory administration
  5. Microsoft Windows administration
  6. Basic computer functions and repair
• Demonstrated leadership, team building, and process maturation
• Solid communication skills with both highly-technical and non-technical users
• Hands-on and data-driven approach to problem solving
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and always-evolving environment

The typical work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM.  Some overtime and weekends may be required when targets are not achieved.
