About the Organization and Position

Well known Non-Profit Health Agency is hiring for a Healthcare Quality Analyst.

This wonderful non-profit serves people age 60 and older, adults living with disabilities, and their families and caregivers in Lynn, Lynnfield, Nahant, Saugus, and Swampscott, Massachusetts for more than 45 years. They provide a continuum of community health and social services to help people maintain their independence, safely and with dignity. Providing a broad range of services including home care services; nutrition programs; transportation assistance; housing supports; clinical and protective services etc. The agency recently received a second prestigious 3-year accreditation for excellence in case management and care coordination from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).

The Quality Analyst will help in the design and development of requisite quality improvement and research analyses to support enhanced program performance. The Quality Analyst will liaise with key technology consultants as appropriate to ensure reliability and utility of dashboards and reconcile and integrate data across multiple
data sources to support program operations as fully as possible.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with training, continuing education, and promotion of subordinate staff.
  • Liaising with technology vendors and external data systems managers as appropriate
  • Maintaining appropriate documentation of all analytic efforts
  • Serve as member of Quality Management Committee
  • Ensuring staff and overall program compliance with protocols for appropriate data use

Experience
  • A Master's Degree in data analytics or similar field and 2 years solid work
    experience, or a BA with 5 years work experience with increasing responsibilities
  • Knowledge of key software packages including Tableau, SPSS
  • Knowledge of basic SQL programming
  • Demonstrated ability to frame research hypotheses and designs
