Salary: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year, DOE

Sounds True, founded in 1985, is a multimedia publisher specializing in spirituality, holistic living, and transformational learning. We are seeking a full-time ST One Client Services Manager to join our team.


The Client Services Manager will be the main liaison between our customers and our internal teams to maintain high quality standards for live and pre-recorded content and provide exceptional customer support. This highly collaborative team member will work closely with other team members on the ST One team to effectively support Sounds True’s portfolio of products and programs.  They will deal directly with clients and be the first point of contact. This role develops and implements processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency. They will also develop, track, and report key performance measurements for the division. This person will oversee all cross-functional work areas targeted to resolve issues raised by ST One customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to ST One Customer Service via phone, email and chat services.  Help coach, advise, and mentor the Sounds True customer support team while looking for ways to improve the quality of the support.
  • Assist with subscription billing, refunds and member communications for ST One.
  • Responsible for working with and supporting the ST One internal teams with various projects and support needs as required.
  • Responsible for managing, providing troubleshooting support and supporting technical teams and customers around LIVE and Community programming, requiring a flexible work schedule.
  • Partner with the ST One Customer Service Team Manager to update all customer facing canned responses, support articles and auto replies.   
  • Analyze data trends and customer metrics to improve our services and quality.  Collaborate with the ST One core team to identify business solutions and opportunities to improve the customer experience and interactions.  
  • Support ST One leadership around managing any special projects.
  • Be an Ideal Team Player. Work with team members to maximize all ST products, programs and experiences for customers; maintain the ST brand and core values.
  • Create an environment of continual improvement and inspire employee morale by effectively managing, training, providing direction, delegating projects, and coaching co-workers to be an Ideal Team Player.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology, marketing and business best practices. 


Recommended Skills/Qualifications/Job Requirements:

  • A high standard of professionalism with two year’s previous technical customer service or call center experience.    
  • Strong interpersonal skills; Upbeat and positive personality; flexible can-do attitude
  • Must hold a strong attention to detail, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • MS Office experience a plus (MS Word, MS Excel)
  • A genuine interest in contributing to Sounds True mission and demonstrates the ability to offer product suggestions to our customers.
