While reporting to the Customer Service Manager for the Sonoco Protective Solutions Division's ThermoSafe Product group, you will be a customer advocate who shows great follow through and can be highly productive in a fast-paced work environment.
+ You will handle any customer questions or concerns regarding order status and other related issues.
+ You will maintain customer files both physical and in the computer system
+ You will coordinate with production and ensure orders are scheduled and all deliveries are on time
+ You will quote customers pricing, enter new customer projects and any corrective actions.
+ You will research any current or possible accounts receivable problems
+ You will work with closely with the account manager, and coordinated with appropriate staff anything needed relative to ongoing or complete projects
This position is located in Montgomeryville, PA.
+ We expect you to have an Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
+ You will have well-polished written communications and verbal skills
+ You will have strong accuracy working with numbers, and MS Office skills
+ 3+ years of experience in customer service in a manufacturing environment is highly prefer
+ Proficiency in Oracle is highly preferred
+ You will have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and vibrant work environment and good follow-up
