We are looking to hire a new Office Administrator to manage and run clinic operations, background administration, and patient flow.

The position will primarily be in person; working at the front desk during clinic hours. The candidate will work under the direction of the Chiropractor, preforming a variety of administrative and clinical tasks to ensure the Chiropractic office runs smoothly and supports the patient experience. The candidate will be responsible for fostering positive connections and providing consistent, enjoyable experiences to patients, as well as supporting the daily functions of office operations.

The right candidate will have strong communication skills in person, on the phone and in written correspondence. We are looking for a computer savvy problem solver, with a can-do attitude, ability to learn quickly and multi-task. They will be warm, welcoming, outgoing and enjoy interacting with our patients. Must be able to remain professional, calm and empathetic under pressure. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred, but training will be provided.  As an incentive, we are offering $30/h for the transition period in office (Oct 10 to Oct 21). If the candidate ends up staying beyond the 2 week period, regular pay begins at $22/h.

*Temporary position available*: The chiropractic practice is in a state of transition and we are needing someone to fill in at reception until the position of Office Administrator is filled permanently. Job duties are outlined above, but will not be as involved in the first few weeks as a temporary position. Incentive pay still includes $30/h for the first 2 weeks.
