Job Description
COMPENSATION: TBD – Based on qualifications

Paid vacation – Accumulates immediately can be used after 90 days (10 days per

Paid Vision Insurance Plan, Optional Dental Plan

Paid holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas 

HOURS: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday (1-hour lunch)

(Hours may vary as needed)

JOB DUTIES: Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Answer and direct phone calls and messages
• Follow up with current, past and future customers to create and maintain strong
business relationships
• Assist sales team with organization and planning of marketing
• Manage and prepare sales quote paperwork and update all systems accordingly
• Prepare and distribute newsletters
• Create systems for client process checklists – installation, training, Q&A
• Update and maintain our CRM database
• Other duties as assigned


• Self-motivated with good time management skills
• Excellent attendance
• Organized and detail oriented
• Present a personable and professional manner
• Excellent organizational and communication/people skills
• Ability to multi-task and good problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft programs, internet, e-mail and social media
• Capable of learning unfamiliar software
• Understanding and ability to operate office equipment such as keyboard, fax, copier
and scanner
• Good math skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality in appropriate circumstances
• Open to the possibility of expanded duties as business knowledge increases
and interests become focused
