If you are an ambitious self-starter who thrives in an environment where you are empowered to take ownership of your area of responsibility, we would like to speak to you.Position Summary: In collaboration with RCM leadership, direct the development of short and long-term goals and objectives across Solis Revenue Cycle operations to ensure maximization of cash flow while improving patient, physician and other customer relations.
Analyze metrics, design and implement... process changes, coordinate education and training, and define integration strategy for new practice partnerships, and lead large scale projects.The Revenue Cycle Strategic Project Director will report to the Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle Management and will work as a strategic liaison with various teams throughout Solis to ensure efficiency and fluency of revenue cycle operations.POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Participates in Center and department planning for improvements in RCM operations, integrations, and overall enhancements.
Works closely with integration teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition of new centers. Collaborates across departments and various ?Patient Access? points (contact center, pre-access/registration, registration, and billing) to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency as related to RCM.
Performs audits and develops necessary reporting to ensure quality control of revenue cycle operations, financial clearance team. Effectively anticipates, identifies, and resolves potential roadblocks to goals and strategic initiatives Facilitates/Leads discussions with leadership about revenue cycle, both strengths and opportunities for improvement to meet performance metrics. Makes suggestions for process improvements and develops project plans with target milestone dates.
Standardize services, processes, resources, and practice to improve efficiency. In coordination with the training team, ensures that appropriate documentation and education materials are used in all local Patient Access areas and identifies any educational needs and communicates to the appropriate leader for development. Model behavior consistent with the mission, vision, and values of the enterprise through leading, coordinating projects, innovation, initiating improvement, and developing new programs.MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years in Revenue Cycle Management Proficiency with Visio, Excel and Power Point Experience with Project Management and Solution Implementation a plus Experience with Patient Access, Financial Clearance and Customer Service a plus
