Job Description

We are looking for MOTIVATED individuals to join our team!

Entry Level Sales Representative at Solidago Management are responsible for contacting existing leads based prospects and securing new accounts. They will manage leads & accounts via Salesforce technology within an assigned territory & region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships with leads based prospects within an assigned territory
  • Generating leads through prospecting and building a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals for new business
  • Sustaining a pipeline of suitable appointments and move prospects through the sale process quickly and efficiently
  • Maintaining & understanding knowledge of client products and services
  • Responsible for completing the Sales Representative training while maintaining and/or exceeding assigned metrics
  • Participating in daily sales meetings & contributing feedback with team members across the country
  • Generating and developing new client accounts to increase revenue
  • Anticipating and discussing client needs and facilitating solutions
  • Performing other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Customer Service & Sales experience preferred

Experience:

  • 0 – 3 years of experience in a competitive environment with a record of success exceeding goals, which may be demonstrated through previous sales work, competitive internships, or exceling in collegiate competitions

Skills/Abilities:

  • Customer Service: Ability to analyze the needs of a client and provide strategic business solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce technology & Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Achieves/exceeds analytics & metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
  • Strong presentation, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Solid problem solving and consultative skills required
  • Self-directed with the ability to work in a structured and fast-paced team sales environment
