Job Description

A CS Dispatch Specialist will be responsible for analyzing customer needs and come up with innovative solutions to make their overall solar system installation experience exceptional. You will be part of an Outbound/Inbound calls team that handles the interaction between Solgen Power support teams and our customers. At Solgen Power we care about our customers and having effective communication with them about their solar project is our priority.

During a typical day, you will:
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to schedule different stages of the installation process.
  • Provide support to customers who need to reschedule appointments.
  • Serve as liaison between dispatch teams and back-office support groups to provide helpdesk support.
  • Identify potential drawbacks and find proactive solutions to eliminate customer effort.

Core Responsibilities.
  • Develop and maintain master scheduling for site/field appointments.
  • Ongoing communication with Project Coordinators to ensure accuracy in scheduling.
  • Maintains close communication with customers to reduce customer effort.
  • Serve as a coordinator between service departments to facilitate timely issue resolution.

Required Skills/Traits
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate uses problem solving skills to prioritize duties when conflicting events arise.
  • Organizational skills - Staying organized is essential to successfully perform this role.
  • Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change.
  • Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.

Desired Skills
  • Experience managing scheduling programs.
  • Experience in ticketing software (Zendesk).
  • Experience handling CRM software (Salesforce).
