Job Description

Front Desk/Administrative Assistant in Margate Real Estate office.

We are looking for a full-time front desk receptionist/administrative assistant. 1-2 years of administrative experience is required. This is a front desk position, so the ability to interact with the public and make stellar first impressions is necessary. This position also requires exceptional phone etiquette. Knowledge of Google Workspace is helpful. Must have high attention to detail, and accuracy with data entry and proofreading documents. Real estate experience is helpful, but not required.


Job Responsibilities:

Answering multi-line phone, screening, and forwarding calls

Receiving and sorting mail

Maintain clean reception area and conference rooms

Scheduling showing appointments

Maintain accurate log of incoming/outgoing keys

Inputting and maintaining listings into the South Jersey MLS

Typing Agreements, Leases, Addenda

Inputting under contract and closed files into electronic database

Helping our agents troubleshoot on our various systems

Ordering supplies

Other tasks and projects as needed

Availability: Full-time 9am-5pm. Must be available to work most weekends (Your days off would be during the week).

Compensation: Depends on experience
