Front Desk Position Overview

The Front Desk Clerk position is a non-exempt and on-call position located in Los Angeles, CA 90011. The Front Desk Clerk requires the use of skills attained from industry experience or transferable industry skills experience.The Front Desk Clerk works under the supervision of the Community Manager and under the general supervision of the Regional Manager.The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for administrative support to the rental office as well as the Community Manager.

Work Schedule

  • On call nights and weekends

Front Desk Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with answering telephones
  • Provide clerical support to Site Manager
  • Send outgoing and distribute incoming faxes
  • Photocopy documents as requested
  • Assist Site Manager with opening mail
  • Apply postage to outgoing mail

Front Desk Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 2 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative and customer service environment
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the general computer skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid California driver’s license
  • Proof of auto insurance

Front Desk Compensation:

  • Based on Experience

Entering 2017, Solari Enterprises, Inc. began celebrating 25 years of service within the Affordable Housing industry. In celebration of our accomplishment, our Team Members committed to completing 25 Acts of Kindness. We were overjoyed by the team members’ responses and kindhearted suggestions. By the end of 2017, we as a company, exceeded the initial goal of 25 Act of Kindness!
