Project Coordinator
A Project Coordinator is responsible for creating an effective schedule that exceeds customer expectations and achieves financial goals. This person exhibits a baseline technical understanding of general construction, is tech-savvy, and committed to providing an excellent customer experience.
This role will report to the Regional Construction Manager.

Salary starts at $50,000 based on qualifications, plus monthly bonus of up to $1500 based on upsell ability. Benefits include majority-paid medical, dental, vision insurance and matching 401K program. Earned paid time off starts at two weeks annually.
A Project Coordinator is responsible for creating an effective schedule that exceeds customer expectations and achieves financial goals. This person exhibits a baseline technical understanding of general construction, is tech-savvy, and committed to providing an excellent customer experience.
This role will report to the Regional Construction Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage customer communication regarding scheduling and appointments
- Coordinate with Operations Management team to ensure plans, documents, tools, personnel and materials are available for scheduling purposes
- Manage Kickserv CRM to ensure all functions are maximized for improved communication and documentation
- Conduct daily audit to capture job documentation and track technician performance
- Create an effective schedule ensuring accurate job assignment, budgets, quality notes and ticket details, and a balance between revenue and warranty tickets to meet customer expectations
- Prepare reports to track schedule efficiency, job completion, and invoiced revenue
- Maintain 3rd party platforms and processes
- Provide weekly reports to communicate schedule capacity opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales Manager and sales team to improve and grow processes for the customer experience post -sale
- Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget
- Support Regional Construction Manager to create, implement and improve processes
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Requirements
- 3+ years proven service experience
- Highly organized and very attentive to detail
- Well-spoken, clean appearance and good client manners
- Clean driving record, valid license and ability to drive small and large service vehicles
- Drug free
- Ability to work 40-50 daytime hours per week
- Ability to increase ticket value with additional service sales
