Our client provides a full service from consultation through activation of your system and beyond. Each of their customers will work directly with a dedicated account manager to ensure proper system function and maintenance even after activation. They work with an extensive network of licensed and certified installers to ensure that customers receive the best quality, pricing and experience.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to help educate residential homeowners in Florida on solar energy for their home. This position is ideal for someone who loves to teach people, and is a highly organized, self-motivated individual. Interest in solar energy or electricity savings programs is preferred but experience in these fields is not a requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new accounts through prospecting, networking, cold-calling and referrals
  • Expand the customer base.
  • Conduct proactive outgoing sales calls.
  • Met and or exceed company metrics and goals
  • Conduct energy use/cost analyses to ensure Community Solar subscribers are receiving benefits tailored to their needs.
  • Work from home up to 30 hours per week. You can create your own schedule, to fit around your lifestyle.
  • Develop effective personalized outreach
  • Record sales activity records in sales CRM

Qualifications

  • Enjoys a challenge and views cold calling as opportunity
  • Is disciplined and self-motivated
  • Is organized and can manage dozens of prospects at once
  • Is dedicated advancing their sales skills
  • A team player that works cross functionally with
  • At least 2 years of sales experience with a significant track record of obtaining and exceeding sales goals
  • A two or four-year college or university degree
  • A combination of comparable education and sales experience
  • Inside sales experience in plastic, industrial or distribution sales preferred, but not required
  • Strong math skills
  • Outstanding customer focus
  • A positive attitude and are a team player

  • Base Salary W2 plus commission
