Inside Sales / Business Development Representative

We are seeking motivated individuals looking for a position in inside sales where they can grow their sales skills with no limit on their earning potential.
We provide an hourly base and generous commissions to set business-to-business appointments and support our team of consultants in converting those contacts to new clients! Full-time positions are available with a competitive benefits package.
Hourly Pay starts at $18.00 per hour plus commission!
Responsibilities:
- Appointment scheduling, preparation, and presentation to clients
- Generation of new leads with the intention of creating more sales/revenue
- Lead and post-sale follow-up
- Maintaining positive customer relationships post-sale
- Work closely with the designated sales team to strategize more effective sales methods
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Outstanding phone presence and people skills
- Punctuality, determination, and tenacity is a must
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields helpful
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software, specifically Salesforce useful
- Outgoing & competitive
