Overview: Develop a marketing plan and update it on a monthly basis to remain relevant to changing market trends and requirements. Interact with outside web development teams to ensure that website design and the company's internet presentation are in line with the image we want to have. Prepare marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars. Compile and organize company statistics and make monthly presentations to the board; manage the monthly marketing budget, making improvements and cuts where necessary to meet company goals. Track product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering expense, and new business data. Design marketing campaigns and assign work to the rest of the team to ensure campaigns are as successful as possible; organize marketing team members and delegate work according to ability. Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
Bachelor's degree and 4 - 8 years of marketing experience 1- 2 years of management experience Team player with top-notch people skills who can foster dynamic relationships with other cross-functional teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changeable environment, comfortable with ambiguity Must be a highly organized, self-starter and detail-oriented Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
