Customer Service Representatives (Inbound)
Hourly Rate: $13/hr. on W2 + benefits

No sales or quota to meet
Inquiries for customer service, and assist customers with scheduling and registration.
The successful candidates will provide inbound customer support via telephone, email and chat.
Answer all inbound queries as per call flow procedure
Knowledge to process to ensure high quality and customer service
Involvement in motivational activities, implementing feedback given.
Updating various logs like escalation log, complaint tracker etc.
Ensuring data security - for the personal data of customers
Understanding about delivering outstanding customer service
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good Computer Skills
