Customer Support Executive (Inbound)
Location: Duluth, MN 55802 (Downtown)
Duration: Long term
Interview Process: In-person (Can schedule during any work day between 8 AM and 4 PM CST)
Rate: up to $13/hr on W2 (With benefits) For Bilinguals we can offer up to $16/Hr
No sales or quota to meet
Inquiries for customer service, and assist customers with scheduling and registration.
The successful candidate will provide inbound customer support via telephone, email and chat.
· Answer all inbound queries as per call flow procedure
· Knowledge to process to ensure high quality and customer service
· Involvement in motivational activities, implementing feedback given.
· Updating various logs like escalation log, complaint tracker etc.
· Ensuring data security - for the personal data of customers
· Understanding about delivering outstanding customer service
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Fluent English
· Good Computer Skills
