Customer Service Representative
Location: Duluth, MN 55802
Position Type: Full Time
Interview Process: In person interview during any working day between 8 AM and 3 PM MST
Hourly Rate: $13/hr ($16 For Bi-lingual candidates) + Benefits
No sales or quota to meet just Inquiries for customer service, and assist customers with scheduling and registration.
Responsibilities and Duties
The successful candidates will provide inbound customer support via telephone, email and chat.
Answer all inbound queries as per call flow procedure
Knowledge to process to ensure high quality and customer service
Involvement in motivational activities, implementing feedback given.
Updating various logs like escalation log, complaint tracker etc.
Ensuring data security - for the personal data of customers
Minimum of 1 to 2 combined years of experience in Customer Service.
PC Proficient – Operation of computer systems e.g. Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Systems Aptitude/ Critical Thinking
Qualifications and Skills
Must be fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing
High School or Equivalent
Enthusiastic and exceptional communication skills
Strong Analytical skills
