Job Description

Profile: Customer Service Analysts

Skillset required:
o Data entry, data collection over phone
o Basic Customer Service (non-technical) in English language
o 6-12 months call center experience desirable, healthcare background knowledge desirable.
o Computer, phone and Internet operations skill
ยท Hours of operations: 8:00 AM โ€“ 4:30PM Mountain Time
Candidate must be comfortable with inbound/outbound calls, as well as being used to managing different systems while having the customer on the line.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Locals to El Paso only (resources will be working remotely until further notice, however they may be required to work onsite eventually.)
Users should be flexible to work any 5 days in the week depending on the project requirements.
The standard shift is Monday to Friday โ€“ 8AM to 4:30 PM (MST). However, we may be asked to do overtime or come over weekends, if needed.
