A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DOG GROOMER / BATHER

As a full- or part-time Dog Groomer / Bather, you are an integral part of our animal care team! Every day, you cheerfully greet our clients (both human and furry) as they enter our establishment. Eager to lend a helping hand, you assist each pet parent to identify exactly what their furry friend needs. With a focus on customer service, you enthusiastically answer all questions that come your way, ensuring our clients feel confident leaving their treasured pets in your care. You have a gentle touch as you competently trim nails, clean ears, give baths, and brush coats.

Whether you're attending to a pampered Pomeranian or a giant Great Dane, you know how to handle each animal safely. Organized and thorough, you keep track of all records in our computer software and strictly follow all company policies and procedures. In addition to your grooming duties, you perform crucial housekeeping tasks to keep our animal care facility safe and clean. You love working with pets each day and find satisfaction in knowing you've made them (and their humans) happy!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DOG GROOMER / BATHER

• High school diploma OR equivalent
• Valid grooming certification OR license
• Ability to follow instructions and retain information
• Eagerness to learn new things
• Flexible availability, including holidays and weekends
• Reliable transportation

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A DOG GROOMER / BATHER
