We're seeking Call Center Representatives to join our Customer Service team.

Position Responsibilities

  • Guide and process customer orders in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
  • Screen potential new hire candidates on a regular basis
  • Help customers navigate our website
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.
  • Work with our internal departments to meet our customers' needs.

  • Thrive in a fast paced environment with coaching support.
  • Dedicated to excellent attendance.
  • Full-time work from 9AM to 5PM Monday - Friday
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Organized and ability to follow up
  • Proven track record in sales a major plus
