Job Description
Reports to: Director of Operations & Director of Sales and Marketing
Key Role: Learn, duplicate and contribute to the Operations and Marketing / Events within a franchise. You will learn how to communicate effectively for sales purposes, for family and coach support, and how to positively impact the lives of children between the ages of 2-10 through the game of soccer.

Job Summary:
Duties and responsibilities (not limited to):
- Assist 5-8 classes throughout the week
- Answering office phones by 3rd ring
- Oversee company website and Configio platform
- Learn, run and present reports weekly
- Assist with social media platforms and creating Soccer Shots brand presence online
- Excellent and supportive customer service
- Engage in learning objectives focused on marketing and data analysis that sharpen your skills
- Communicate and build relationships with our community partners
- Conduct guerilla marketing and campaigning
- Learn Soccer Shots Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS By Gino Wickman)
- Opportunity to contribute to major departmental Level 10 meetings
- 1:1 Training with Soccer Shots Executive Director
Requirements:
- Must be available 2-3 times a week plus Saturdays
- Finish a season entirely once started
Hours and Pay:
- Unpaid position. We have partnered with many colleges and universities to provide internship/volunteer credit. (SDSU, Southwestern, UCSD and more)
- Mileage is reimbursed at the federal rate. This is calculated from work location to work location, not from your home to work or from work to your home.
- Potential job opportunity once volunteer hours are complete
