In your role at Soar, you will hire, train and inspire a team of inside sales and customer success representatives who help Soar customers create successful coaching businesses. Coaching is a $2 billion industry. Thousands of outstanding individuals who have worked in human resources, learning & development, or who have been successful business owners are wanting to build full-time coaching businesses.

Many executive coaches, team coaches, and leadership development coaches have great people development skills but know little to nothing about starting their own business, and getting customers. That's where Soar comes in.

Your team finds coaches who need help launching successful coaching business, so they can spend their time helping people achieve their goals and reach their potential.

If you join Soar, you will join a company that has been selected by the world's premier coaching organization to launch a Pro-Bono COVID-19 crisis response website, where tens of thousands of executive coaching sessions are going to be provided to leaders in hard hit organizations.

In this leadership role you responsibilities will include the following:

  • Set and meet monthly revenue goals

  • Hire, onboard and train new inside sales representatives

  • Make sure all our reps are fully versed in the Sandler selling system (Sandler is our biggest customer and partner)

  • Develop compensation plans and employee recognition programs

  • Build a fun culture where each employee is valued for their individual strengths and recognized for their contributions

  • Create sales scripts and sales processes

  • Identify technology and systems that will increase the efficiency of our inside sales team
