Are you in the market for a fast-paced job that gives you the opportunity to utilize your excellent B2B sales ability? We would love for you to join our team as an outside sales representative. In this position, you would have the opportunity to develop your own sales territory from Hattiesburg all the way South to The Beaches, bringing in and servicing new clients. You will be an ambassador of our company, becoming a trusted face to our customers while also adhering to company values and policy. As a member of our team, you will use your strong interpersonal skills to provide service and support to your customers as needed, which will include coordinating with our production team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create and implement a sales strategy that makes sure you meet personal sales goals, as well as those set in place by the company.
  • Coordinate with other members of the production and executive teams as needed to generate sales and provide excellent customer service.
  • Submit reports on your sales activity regularly into the company's CRM software, and maintain clean and updated records for all leads and customers.
  • Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers.
  • Perform your duties as efficiently as possible, reducing costs when possible.
  • Coordinate with the accounts receivable department to ensure that all invoices are paid in full in a timely manner by your customers.
Job Skills & Qualifications

Required
  • 3-5 years experience in sales, preferably outside sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Job Compensation - Full Time Commission & Residuals
  • We set our monthly sales quotas at $45001. There is are two tiers below this number. However if you are operating at optimum performance, this is a low benchmark to hit. The numbers below are based upon hitting this number each month as well as our average product mix.
  • 30% commission is paid to the sales representative on setup charges paid by the new client. Set up charges range from $250 to $1000 for social media marketing management, social media design/redesign, and our restaurant loyalty program.
  • 20% commission is paid to the sales representative on ios/android/web development projects or any project that is quoted with a flat rate with no residuals. Project values range from $2500 to $100,000+.
  • 10% residuals are paid to the sales representative on all recurring billing contracts. This includes monthly fees billed for social media marketing management and our restaurant loyalty program. The residuals are paid for the entire duration of the sales representative's tenure with our company.
  • This is an average month based upon $50,000 in sales: $9000 in recurring billing contracts. $900 will be paid to the sales representative each month thereafter provided the clients pay and remain current. $15,000 in set up charges billed to the clients. $5,000 will be paid to the sales representative. $26,000 in new project billed to the clients. $5,200 will be paid to the sales representative. Total for this example would be: $11,100 + $900 in residuals the next month as described above.
  • *A Few Thoughts on Residuals: It is uncommon for residuals to be paid for the entire tenure of a sales representative. However, we feel the more financial stability is offered, the more relaxed our sales representatives are. If you perform to minimum expectations. then your annual residuals after your first year should be in excess of $100,000. Second year... $200,000, etc. We want you to hit your goals and reach for the stars. We don't mind sharing the wealth.
