Digital Media Manager, Esports (Los Angeles, CA)

WHO WE AREKSE Esports Management, LLC is the esports branch of Kroenke Sports & Entertainment. Currently, we manage the Los Angeles Gladiators (Overwatch League) and the Los Angeles Guerrillas (Call of Duty League), with eyes towards upcoming expansion into other games. We are dedicated to building a lasting legacy in esports and connecting to the greater Los Angeles community with the development of the Hollywood Park stadium and complex.We're looking for a Digital Media Manager to set the tone and digital strategy for all the KSE brands across social media.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable within a new organization that is growing quickly and can keep an eye on the future of the operation while executing immediate needs.WHAT YOU'LL DO Head up all owned & operated platforms across social media and and our website Be responsible for the perception of the KSE brands across all digital platforms Lay out tactics based on our vision, develop content calendar, and... communicate social media posts and expectations to the social media managers of each brand Lead social media managers in executing consistently across each brand Collaborate with the director of marketing, content, and art teams to create high quality content on a regular basis Monitor the ongoing digital conversations about the brands, teams, and other relevant parties Report on the growth and performance of each brand via analytics and develop new methods to optimize deliveryWHO YOU ARE A creative person deeply embedded in the online gaming and esports world, in-touch with the most relevant trends of today A social media connoisseur, experienced with running large esports or gaming brands for multiple years Driven and determined to create content that is received and performs well, with a track record that reflects it A strategic thinker, able to devise tactics from overarching goals and execute them with success Proactive, identifying areas of improvement and addressing them accordingly A strong communicator and team player, able to develop and clearly express ideas with others Witty and gifted with wordplay Detail-oriented, nothing slips by you Familiar with updating and optimizing website layoutsWORK PERKS Flexible work schedule Catered lunches Stipend for learning and office equipment Health/vision/dental insurance and 401KPlease include a cover letter with your application
