Snowbird Wilderness Outfitters is a Christian camp in Andrews, NC. We are fast-paced, engaging, and bold. Our goal is to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ through the exposition of Scripture and personal relationships in order to equip the church to impact this generation.

We are looking for responsible, engaging, and enthusiastic, college-aged individuals to join our SWO Summer Staff team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about helping young people with their spiritual needs while creating an enjoyable summer camp experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescents, a desire to lead small group discussions about the gospel, and the ability to ensure a fun, productive camp day for our young attendees.
