Within the Customer Experience Department these professionals are responsible for assisting customers in processing orders, tracking orders, interfacing with logistics (internal and external), resolving issues, follow-up calls to customers, and other order processing related duties.
Attention to detail and experience handling logistics-related expedited orders is preferred.
Beginning salary $15-$16 / hr. depending on experience

- Preferred at least 5 years of recent Customer Service / Logistics / Order Processing preferably in a complex order processing role
- Stable job tenure
- Proficient computer skills - Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Lotus Notes and Internet -SAP is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills
- Team Player with a positive attitude
