Marketing Coordinator

Challenger Lifts, Inc., a division of Snap-on, is seeking a candidate to provide marketing and administrative support to key accounts and Challenger internal marketing and customer communication initiatives. Reporting to Marketing Manager and designated Vice-President of Sales and Marketing.


  • Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities including content development and optimization, quarterly promotions, events planning, content creation, new product launches, social media, and sales enablement
  • Assist in digital content management as directed by Marketing Manager, including website, social media, sales bulletins, eblasts, blog creation, etc.
  • Prepare and distribute promotional quarterly marketing materials for designated key account customers, including pricing, incentives, product fliers, and/or mailings
  • Work with Marketing Manager to develop and maintain product literature
  • Liaise with external vendors to supply marketing materials for campaigns, sales meetings, tradeshows, etc., within provided budgetary limits
  • Assist in marketing strategy development, offering analytical insights (via promotion results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to develop and plan creative campaigns
  • Prepare sales presentations for key accounts and other Challenger customers while maintaining current brand and messaging standards
  • Perform administrative tasks and monthly reporting for designated Key Account customers
  • Work with Marketing Manager to support trade shows and other sales events and customer visits

  • Marketing degree preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365 suite is required.
  • Online portfolio of work is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, Wordpress, Constant Contact (or similar).
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Must be multi-task oriented.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability and experience in communicating with all levels of management.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in a team environment.
  • Good attendance record.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Work flexible hours (i.e. overtime as required).
  • Bilingual (i.e. Spanish) an asset
