Details:

• Pay Rate: Up to you You manage the rate you would like to be paid per visit.
• Hours: Up to you You choose when you would like to work.
• Location: Up to you You choose where you want to accept visits within 100 miles of the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Job Type: Independent Contractor

We are looking for the following Medical Specialists:

• Physical Therapists (licensed)
• Occupational Therapists (licensed)
• Speech Therapists (licensed)
• Physical Therapy Assistants
• Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Speech Therapy Assistants
  

Required qualifications:

• An active, professional licence in good standing (Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist)
• Active CPR certification
• Professional Liability completion
• Reliable transportation
• Active Drivers Licence in good standing and willing to travel to home health visits within the Dallas/Ft. Worth area
• TB Quanteferon Gold Blood Test

Work Location:

• Dallas-Fort Worth Area (we currently support home health agencies within a 100 mile radius of the DFW metropolitan area)
