SNAP is growing quickly and is seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives to support our expanding team of Territory Managers. Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Patient registrations and arrangement for drop ships
- Communications with patients and doctor offices including first line support, billing questions and other inquiries
As a Customer Service Rep, you must be motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn.
- Outstanding phone skills as the majority of your work will be done on the phone
- Customer service is a plus!!!!
