Inside Sales Representative

US / Remote

This role is an excellent opportunity to join our AEC focused Sales team to support the™ suite of industry-leading software and hardware products.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will contribute to our sales growth and revenue goals, while growing our list of customers and projects throughout North America.  You will learn how to align our technology within the construction space and act as a brand ambassador, often being the first line of communication with new prospects.

  • Reports directly to sales leadership, working closely with marketing and campaigns
  • Maintain accountability for all KPIs and activity associated with your activity expectations
  • Execute a high volume of outbound prospecting calls, emails and associated outreach
  • Work through the top of the sales funnel through inbound follow up and qualifying
  • Perform discovery to learn about the businesses and role of each prospect to understand the level of qualification
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and new industry and technology developments
  • Manage activity goals in your assigned territory, accounts and industries
  • Conduct ongoing qualification, schedule meetings, events, demos with key customer decision-makers
  • Attend relevant industry trade shows and promptly follow up on leads from various sources
  • Consistently maintain sales opportunity and customer status information in our (CRM) system.
  • Provide accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity reports and updates
  • Interface with other functional groups, project teams and internal stakeholders to effectively resolve issues and remove barriers toward the goal of jointly achieving assigned quotas

Qualifications and Skills

  • Preferred experience selling SaaS products in the AEC Industry
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience or 5+ years of experience in complex sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, technical environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, comfortable presenting to large groups
  • Multi-tasking, critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and able to see the “big picture” - because our entire team must meet our goals
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and associated business and management principles
  • Experience with using a CRM, some knowledge of Google products (sheets, docs, google calendar)
