Design and Sales Consultant - North Austin Territory

Catalina Home is looking for an experienced and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our Austin sales team. This role will be responsible for B2B and B2C customer acquisition in the North Austin territory. S/he will call on landscape contractors, architects, and designers. Project categories include residential, commercial, and hospitality.
· Candidate must live in the North Austin.
· Fix salary for first three months only, eventually turns into 100% commission role.
· Effectively conduct sales product presentations with prospective customers introducing them to our products: artificial grass, hardwood flooring, and carpet.
· Track and monitor specified material for project pipeline.
· Locate and onboard new B2B customers daily.
· Run B2C homeowner leads as assigned.
· Oversee project installations working with installers and customers.
· Properly prepare for appointments by building proposals and preparing for objections
· Record all information in CRM system.
· Ability to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
· Minimum 3+ years of outside sales experience
· Must be self-motivated and organized.
· Efficiently manage time.
· Relevant prior in-home sales experience with a strong record of achievement is an asset, but not required.
· Prior experience in the landscape or construction field preferred.
· Must have a good understanding of how to effectively use CRM.
· Must be a good team player and work effectively with others.
