Customer Service Representative: Entry Level Marketing

We are a rapidly growing company, applying a customer-friendly, direct, results-driven approach to our marketing research and sales. Because of our proven success and expertise, we continue to obtain new clientele as we dramatically increase our clients' product exposure, sales and brand recognition.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and will be passionate about providing an ideal customer experience. We provide on-the-job coaching for the right candidates. *Four year degree preferred but not required.*
- Update customer and account information as needed.
- Respond promptly to customer needs.
- Solicit customer feedback to improve service.
- Handle general customer inquiries and feedback.
