Job Description
The Customer Service Representative should be a dependable quick learner with a positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to excellence and high professional standards.
Job Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:
• Respond to inquiries over the phone and in person from clients or customers concerning products and services while maintaining a high standard of quality and professional customer service
• Administer existent promotional materials based on client specific instructions to customers via phone or in person
• Provide clear explanation of client specific processes/compliance to customers
• Follow up with clients and customers to ensure that questions/issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Act as a proactive member of the team by following up each application as required according to quality assurance system
• Continuously monitor customer provided feedback and internal systems to ensure that service is provided with in specified time
• Accurately process and resolve any disputes in timely manner
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:
• Excellent customer service skills, the ability to focus on the needs of the customer, and the ability to build customer relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff
• Excellent active listening skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision along with the ability to multitask
• Must be willing to accept responsibility for decisions and situations
• Must work cooperatively with others and treat fellow employees with respect
