We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Slingshot Business to Business sales team. Slingshot, Inc is an AT&T Solutions Provider that works with the full range of AT&T's award-winning, flexible, reliable, and future-ready business products and services.
The goal of the Inside Sales Specialist (ISS) is to expand the U-verse footprint, via phone, while working with a Client Relations Expert, Business Administration, AT&T Processing Team, Technicians, and other functional groups as required to ensure orders are transacted accurately, in a timely manner, comply with order processing guidelines, contractual and financial compliance.
Slingshot Team Member Responsibilities:
+ Manage a portfolio of 35 - 50 clients daily by phone and/or email
+ Provide diligent Sales and Customer service support to Slingshot Clients
+ Create and send order forms and/or contract documents
+ Utilize internal systems to confirm service availability per customer location needs
+ Work competently within requisite Internal Systems, and online customer relationship management system, to ensure data integrity
+ Log and Track all orders, including moves/adds/changes/upgrades/downgrades/disconnects
+ Serve as liaison throughout implementation of service and through first invoice.
+ Engage with required external partner departments regarding sales, service and follow through on Order Install.
+ Analyze client needs in order to customize the perfect AT&T package for new clients
+ Create customer relationships and provide the highest quality service
+ Manage customer accounts to ensure accuracy and maintain proper order flow
+ Must have a minimum of one (1) year in a call center setting
+ Must be a top performer at your last/current position
+ An aptitude to understand process, and work within specified guidelines while looking for ways to improve processes
+ An inherent fortitude to remedy and troubleshoot in order to ensure customer satisfaction
+ Technologically savvy - must be comfortable with advanced computer usage - specifically competence in Windows programs and a fundamental competency to navigate web-based processing systems
+ The interpersonal skills to work within a customer-focused team-driven culture
+ Work effectively within a team to meet both individual and group sales metrics and goals
+ Strong data entry/office administration and customer support acumen
