In order to be successful at our mission we are looking for an expert Inside Sales Manager to lead and support our Inside Sales Team.

This position will monitor sales metrics and lead the sales process. You will collaborate with various professionals, so its essential that you have excellent listening skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. You should also be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals.

Ultimately, as the Inside Sales Manager you should be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer happiness.


Responsibilities

  • You will lead the inside sales representatives team
  • You will stay knowledgeable on products, pricing and processes
  • You will provide weekly team improvement meetings and one-on-one sales coaching
  • You will set and track sales targets for your team
  • You will suggest and implement improvements in the sales process
  • You will report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
  • You will prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • You will ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
  • You will build culture and drive results along with creating an open-communication environment for your office
  • You will interview, and hire sales professionals

Requirements

  • 2+ years work experience as an Inside Sales Manager
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of the sales process
  • Excellent social and team management skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • BS degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
