JOB DESCRIPTION

Research Participant Program Manager

As a Research Participant Program Manager, you'll be helping the Market Research team with the following:

• Intake of new research requests: You'll help ensure the Market Research team has all the necessary information from the requesting team before kick off. 
• Kick off of projects: You'll manage kick off meetings for stakeholders to design projects and ensure budget is available.
• Manage recruitment: You'll manage the process of getting participants, including getting lists from our data team, ensuring legal approval of outreach and incentives, sending invites and managing the funnel for projects.
• Schedule qualitative interviews: When required, you'll schedule cross functional meetings with product management, product marketing, other stakeholders and participants.
• Fulfill incentives: You'll manage the process of fulfilling incentives as required for projects.
• Other tasks as necessary: You'll help ensure smooth functioning of the Market Research team by providing other program management as requested.

The skills required are relatively flexible but would include:

• Attention to detail
• Good at scheduling
• Work across many software
• Good with people (and working cross functionally)
• Follow through 
• Self-drive (Able to complete projects without much oversight)
• Knowledge of market research and/or project management of any kind of research
• 2+ years SaaS experience and college degree preferred
