Job Overview – Responsible for providing high level of customer service over the phone to customers based in US and overseas, with passion for customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to customer concerns and escalations accordingly within service and quality levels. Manage all inbound call queries, including call back request by providing excellent customer service. Strong active listening and comprehension skills.
Candidate should have excellent fluency over verbal and written English, and be able to communicate over the phone in a clear and concise manner.
Should have sales and customer service experience, preferably within travel agencies. Knowledge of GDS is helpful- Amadeus or Sabre, but not mandatory.
· Travel knowledge will be an added advantage
· Good knowledge of world geography
· Shift Flexibility will be an advantage
· Bi-lingual Spanish/English or additional language a plus
