Responsibilities for Fraud/Disputes Representative:
- Resolve cardholder disputes work cases
- Incoming direct calls from cardholders
- Escalated cardholder inquiries for telephone representatives
- Outgoing call back responses to Quality Assurance surveys
- Web/E-mail communications and from working an imaging queue
- Identify the best course of action to resolve inquiries
Qualifications for Fraud/Disputes Representative:
- Call center experience
- Knowledge of/experience in fraud, disputes, chargebacks, etc.
