SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Purpose and function of job.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creative ideation and design of marketing and other department’s projects which encompass a variety of print and multi-media deliverables. This role is supported by external agencies and will be responsible for developing processes of efficiencies in design workflow with internal and external partners.



ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:
List duties in order of time spent or importance. Essential duties and tasks that must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to establish objectives for design within each project to determine best approach for design and the finished product.
Designs print and multi-media artwork for promotional events including advertisements, brochures, flyers, major communication pieces, as well as on-site signage.
Implements brand guidelines in all design work and maintaining the graphic design network and storage of files/templates that can easily be managed by production
Continually develops new, creative, and fresh ideas for visual design and implementing them when/where appropriate.
Brainstorms with creative agencies on campaign concepts and strategies for design execution across a variety of deliverables.
Works cognitively around deadlines of multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
Performs other tasks as assigned.



JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education, experience, skills required, equipment used.


Must be 21 years or older.
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field; or equivalent experience preferred.
5 years’ experience in high-volume graphic production environment.
Prior casino gaming experience preferred.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft office Suite and related software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
